Recently appointed Michelin-trained and internationally acclaimed Chef Jonathan Macdonald brings over two decades of culinary excellence to Ocean7 Restaurant and AQUA Bistro & Wine Bar. with Nordic roots and a strong bound to Scandinavian cuisine, Chef Macdonald also draws inspiration from Japanese, Thai, Italian, Arabic, Spanish and Indian influences. With over two decades of creative experience, including serving as Head Chef for elite clientele aboard superyachts of emirs, princes, and prime ministers, Chef Jonathan has trained in some of the world’s finest 3 Michelin star kitchens, such as The Fat Duck, The Ledbury in London, and the iconic Noma in Copenhagen. Chef Macdonald will continue to pay homage to our West Coast cuisine with an ever-changing seasonal menu.
