Julie has refined her craft in some of the region’s most esteemed venues, mastering the art of creating bespoke cocktails from scratch using foraged flowers and her own secret infusions. At Ocean7 Restaurant and AQUA Bistro & Wine Bar, she designs cocktail menus with creative flair, drawing from an extensive selection of prestigious liquors and wines. Her approach combines a keen intuition for guest preferences with fresh, local inspiration to create distinctive flavours.
